| Terrible customer service, I bought a bong 3 days ago and went to clean it then the spout broke clean off without me even doing anything so I went back and asked if they could do an exchange and I was met with disrespect and blame, they basically told me that they will do it the one time but if I break it again that's not their problem and I get that but how is it my problem when the distribution they're buying from isn't good quality. If you're selling it and it breaks then that falls on you. We called the boss to explain we didn't like the service we were met with and he said "well this is bullshit and if you break this bong I will not be giving you a new one". This could've been handled so differently but I was embarrassed, uncomfortable and rushed into getting a replacement of something much smaller and not even want I wanted cause they said "just pick one"and rolled their eyes at me, do not recommend coming here ever honestly. Disgusting service. | ||
