I'm from Ohio and travel for work hands down the best dispensary I have been to so far over here. Or in the states. But some people are right the joints are packed a bit too tight and they don't smoke and some of them are 18 a piece. But it's hard to have perfection. So 9/10 you guys are awesome
After a poor experience here, i had been contacted by the store manager, Alicia, who took this matter seriously and made me feel like my issue is valid. She handled this very well and professionally and for that, I am changing my Google review. Great work on selecting such a fantastic manager, she truly was helpful and saved this customer. I look forward to coming back to this location!
My experience at this establishment was so bad I will not be returning. There are so many other stores in Kitchener that sell the same product, do not waste your time here.
I went in after work to pick up some stuff for the weekend. I approached the door and walked in to the hallway where they make you wait to check your ID. The rope wasn't up so I walked in and said "Hello!" After some movement in the back room, a lady came out to the front desk. I immediately pulled out my ID and asked if she wanted to see it. She said yes, and as I'm pulling my wallet out she rudely tells me that I should have waited by the door before coming in.
I was confused, The rope wasn't up and I had to call for someone to come help me out. Why is it my fault that no one heard the door bell? Why is it my fault that someone didn't put the rope up? Being talked to rudely like that, put a bitter taste in my mouth and honestly, I wasn't interested in spending any money. I simply closed up my wallet and walked out.
Like I said above, there are so many options in this city to get similar products. Do not waste your time here.

I am here all the time and they never disappoint! New selection to try every week, great prices and the staff is always friendly. Plus they give great recommendations, keeps me coming back :)
