| My experience at this establishment was so bad I will not be returning. There are so many other stores in Kitchener that sell the same product, do not waste your time here. I went in after work to pick up some stuff for the weekend. I approached the door and walked in to the hallway where they make you wait to check your ID. The rope wasn't up so I walked in and said "Hello!" After some movement in the back room, a lady came out to the front desk. I immediately pulled out my ID and asked if she wanted to see it. She said yes, and as I'm pulling my wallet out she rudely tells me that I should have waited by the door before coming in. I was confused, The rope wasn't up and I had to call for someone to come help me out. Why is it my fault that no one heard the door bell? Why is it my fault that someone didn't put the rope up? Being talked to rudely like that, put a bitter taste in my mouth and honestly, I wasn't interested in spending any money. I simply closed up my wallet and walked out. Like I said above, there are so many options in this city to get similar products. Do not waste your time here. | ||
