Awesome service! Paul and Emily were great. They were very experienced and acceptably the most helpful people we have had in a long time with this society now! 10+ stars
Very disappointing customer service. I showed the employee a product my friend wanted and simply asked if they had anything similar. Instead of helping, he responded with a sarcastic and rude attitude, saying, "If you can see it's not here, then we don't have it."
I wasn't asking for the exact product—I was asking for a recommendation for something similar. Throughout the entire conversation, he was disrespectful, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. A little professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store and I will not be returning.

They are always amazing and so friendly and helpful here you can't go wrong! I've been trying to find products to help my mom manage a few health issues and they have been so informative. I never have been made to feel like I'm asking too many questions. My mom has been happy with the product recommendations!
