Great selection, Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff ... how could you go wrong :)
My experience today with this store was very disappointing, especially since I had been a frequent customer for a long time.
Today I showed the staff exactly which product I wanted, but the product I received was not the same. As soon as I opened it in the store, I requested a return, but I was told that it was not possible.
I will definitely never go back there again!
I know what terpenes to go to and stay away from when I have a goal in mind. For example: pain management. I expect my budtender to have access to or have other ways of accessing the top terpenes for every product they sell. "I have no way of knowing that." Is not something I've ever been told by any budtender before. As your client, without access to your product, I... have no way of knowing that. If this is how this shop operates overall, it is not helpful to me and may not be for those like me.
I never thought I would be motivated to quit weed until I experienced the customer service at this store. They either need more training or more attention from the owner/manager
Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! Products are well organized and easy to look through on the wall.
