| My experience today with this store was very disappointing, especially since I had been a frequent customer for a long time. Today I showed the staff exactly which product I wanted, but the product I received was not the same. As soon as I opened it in the store, I requested a return, but I was told that it was not possible. I will definitely never go back there again! | ||
