Huge shout-out to Jafari at One Plant. Whether I know exactly what I want or I'm looking for something new, Jafari always comes through with the perfect recommendations.
It's not just about the product, though—it's the vibe. He's consistently professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and greets you with a great smile every single time. If you want top-tier service and a teammate who knows their stuff, ask for Jafari.
I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this store. Unfortunately, the staff were extremely unprofessional, inexperienced, and disrespectful in their behavior. They were unable to properly answer questions, and their attitude toward customers was rude and inappropriate.
Additionally, the store management appears to have little to no concern for customer satisfaction, as there seems to be no proper supervision or accountability for staff behavior. Such treatment makes customers feel undervalued and unwelcome, and it discourages any future visits.
I strongly hope that the management takes this issue seriously and makes immediate improvements. Otherwise, I would advise others to think carefully before choosing to shop at this store.
I went to this place three kids work there and they dont know how to serve the costomer, they don't know how to talk with a costomer these three people are very uneducated and unprofessional sales person . am kindly request from the owner that please higher in your store educate and professional people to run your business a business stand by customer not by these type of unprofessional sals person .
I dropped by for the first time in months and was quite pleased with the service! Fast, friendly and efficient, as always! Shoutout to Jahari, Tristan, Sean and Jesse, for making the transaction quick and easy. Previous experiences with the manager have made me hesitant to go back, but I was lucky enough to be greeted by kind, respectful employees this time around. I can't say for sure I will be back, but I'm happy I stopped by! I only wish I could've said hi to the rest of the team — Jordan, Hector, Ashton, Silas, Aaliyah and Elijah — doesn't matter who you get, they all have solid recs, and nobody knows how to pick a bag quite like Aaliyah! As long as you go after 5pm, you should have a pleasant experience 😊
