| I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this store. Unfortunately, the staff were extremely unprofessional, inexperienced, and disrespectful in their behavior. They were unable to properly answer questions, and their attitude toward customers was rude and inappropriate. Additionally, the store management appears to have little to no concern for customer satisfaction, as there seems to be no proper supervision or accountability for staff behavior. Such treatment makes customers feel undervalued and unwelcome, and it discourages any future visits. I strongly hope that the management takes this issue seriously and makes immediate improvements. Otherwise, I would advise others to think carefully before choosing to shop at this store. | ||
