I arrived at your location today at approximately 5:35 PM and noticed a sign on the door stating the store would be closed between 5:30–6:00 PM. I waited until 6:10 PM, however the store still had not reopened and no staff member came to the door or provided any update.
During that time, I personally witnessed at least 6 vehicles arrive and leave due to the closure. As a regular customer who frequently purchases from this location, this was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially with no communication regarding the extended delay beyond the posted reopening time.
I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen, however if the store is unable to reopen at the posted time, clearer communication or updated signage would be appreciated to avoid customers unnecessarily waiting or leaving.
Good service with their employees but really bushy stuff i will not be buying from here anymore i bought a ounce of white widow expecting it to be really good because it's a really known for its name ect the bag was a versus product and was nothing but bushy i almost rather smoke my home grown bud then this complete waste of money !!!
Great store with plenty of selection, staff is amazing. Madeline ("White haired self-appointed expert") is always very friendly and incredibly helpful.

Horrible customer service girl with the white hair , was ignorant , yelled at me and was super aggressive because I didt ask her opinion on pre rolls , she took a picture of me and kicked me out cause I was on my phone ! This was such a bad experience I don't recommend going here what so ever !!! Terrible establishment!!!
