| I arrived at your location today at approximately 5:35 PM and noticed a sign on the door stating the store would be closed between 5:30–6:00 PM. I waited until 6:10 PM, however the store still had not reopened and no staff member came to the door or provided any update. During that time, I personally witnessed at least 6 vehicles arrive and leave due to the closure. As a regular customer who frequently purchases from this location, this was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially with no communication regarding the extended delay beyond the posted reopening time. I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen, however if the store is unable to reopen at the posted time, clearer communication or updated signage would be appreciated to avoid customers unnecessarily waiting or leaving. | ||
