Great dispo, knowledgeable staff, and an amazing selection. If you want the best recommendations, go see Kavin! He's amazing and the main reason I shop here. He takes the time to actually know his customers, making every visit feel like home. Highly recommend!
** update **
1. the power outage was very brief and did not last the nearly three hours that they had to fill the one item order.
2. The last time they had a delivery failure, the employee working giggled when I called and said they just forgot to check for online orders. No mention of a sick driver..
3. Nobody reached out to me to when yesterdays order was missed. I had to walk in to the store today and the employee was oblivious.
4. The employee did not call the manager to remedy my problem… she called because she said she didn't know how to perform a refund and needed help.
5. Out of the five delivery purchases from THAT account, 2 were forgotten.
The owner contacted me to offer me the same very basic excuses as he has in this response. He also offered to provide me discounts and then asked if I'm happy afterwards if I would remove my review. I don't think this is an honest way to run a business and it's clearly cheating the true reviews. I wonder how many stars they'd have if they didn't get people to remove the bad ones?

I really wanted to like this location but it's just not run very well.
Orders placed online for same day delivery are often missed because the budtenders "forget to check them" which they openly admit to doing.
The store is often opened late with no apologies to the customers left waiting in the parking lot.
This all goes for the location on Rest Acres in Paris as well.
Emily is the GOAT. And that's at a store with a bunch of great people. She even gives out free popsicles on the hot days. She will hook you up with what you're looking for, even if you have no idea what you want — I'd give 6 stars if I could.
A little late writing this review, but I had to show some love. Came down from Montreal to visit a friend in Brantford and decided to stop by Chillin Buds. Ended up meeting Kavin, and honestly the guy blew me away with his knowledge, customer service, and the way he talked about every single product. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right stuff instead of just making a sale. The store itself had an amazing vibe great music, huge variety, and the whole atmosphere really lives up to the "Chillin" name. Easily one of the best dispensary experiences I've had. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area. I'll 100% be back next time I'm around.
Great selection of products and a beautiful store. I love everything about ChillinBuds and all the amazing things they have to offer. Their wide variety of products makes me feel like a kid in a candy store! The staff are absolutely top-notch with their knowledge and always go out of their way to take the time to explain products and help customers find the right fit. These guys are next level when it comes to customer service I'm always impressed!
