Found some products I had been looking for for weeks at a great price. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The store is tiny but they have a great selection and their prices are unbeatable. I will be back to see gregg and his team again.
We have been coming here for years and love the staff and service. Leah is my fave person and she is awesome. She remembers me and what I typically order and grabs it for me! All the staff here are nice. Prices are great for members and the regular membership is free. We pretty much only come here for our stuff.
I am writing to share my recent experience at your location, which unfortunately left a very poor impression.
Upon arriving, I was unfamiliar with the entry procedure regarding ID verification. Rather than providing helpful guidance, the staff member on duty was dismissive and unprofessional in their communication. The manner in which the situation was handled made me feel unwelcome, and the overall attitude of the staff was off-putting.
As a first-time visitor, I was hoping for a professional and helpful experience. Instead, I felt alienated by the service provided. Due to this interaction, I will not be returning to this location and will be taking my business elsewhere. I strongly encourage management to review their customer service training to ensure all guests are treated with courtesy and respect upon arrival.
Zach helped me out a ton with his extensive knowledge of cannabis and is very familiar with the products. Helped me get the best high of my life and was super friendly too! I highly recommend this store and if the employees there are wonderful to chat with
There was a review about great customer service besides a redhead working there- i either had a different red haired employee or they were completely wrong. The two working there were both super chill, helpful and knowledgeable. I don't normally leave reviews but i don't like an unjust one.
Just don't be a bad customer dummy.
