You have to sign up for a $35 a month subscription in order to purchase some products. I couldn't believe it when they said I wasn't allowed to purchase the item I wanted. The employee said I could not purchase that item at all, not for any price. She said the item would be available for non-members later in the month, but she would not let me buy it at all. I offered to pay the non-member price and she said no, I had to sign up for a $35 a month subscription.
Prices are usually pretty good if you're a "member" but customer service is always horrible. Very rude and unwelcoming staff. Even though they have a high turnover and it's always someone different working they all seem to be really bad at their job. Training must be the issue?
I was greeted by a very nice lady. Tina was very knowledgeable and her suggestions were right on. I did spend more then i was expected but Tina was fantastic at her recommendations.
I will definately be back.
Lucas (Lukas? Sorry! I forgot to ask spelling.) was great. It was my first visit to the shop and it was a solid experience.
Lucas was friendly, professional & helpful.
