| Prices are usually pretty good if you're a "member" but customer service is always horrible. Very rude and unwelcoming staff. Even though they have a high turnover and it's always someone different working they all seem to be really bad at their job. Training must be the issue? | ||

| I feel sorry for anyone that shops here and doesn't realize that all of their products are intentionally priced 20-30% higher than market value and competitor's prices, unless you're willing to sign up for their "membership" (so they can sell your information). I couldn't believe the employee kept a straight face while telling me this information yesterday (01-01-2024). The workers and owners should be ashamed of their manipulative and extortionate members-only sales structure. Sadly, if you're not a member you get ripped off. I recommend going to Spiritleaf or VB instead but they were unfortunately closed on NYD. | ||
