I love shopping at Canna Cabana, they always have the best pricing and a large selection.
Great experience . Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a clean, welcoming store. They made everything quick and easy . 👍
Low Prices. Good Staff. Well Organized Store.
The prices here are very good, and we typically spend a fair amount each time we visit. However, our experience is consistently overshadowed by one employee's behavior at the counter. He is completely condescending and makes customers feel like they are a hassle rather than valued patrons.
He never greets customers, never asks if they need assistance, and you actually have to ask if you're allowed to purchase something. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I can confidently say this is not acceptable service.
If I were the owner, I would be very concerned about having someone with this attitude representing the store. Unfortunately, because of this repeated experience, we will not be returning.
Prices are great and most staff is good but there's one guy that works there that is just MISERABLE everytime I go in , I went and asked about vapes ( I'm fairly new to the vape pens ) and he was just straight up rude about my questions and this is not the first time. Understandably people have crappy days , we're all human but you'd think he'd have at least ONE good day . Anyways I still give 3 stars because the prices are amazing and the other staff is FANTASTIC , but the short guy with shoulder length blonde hair is super duper rude
