| The prices here are very good, and we typically spend a fair amount each time we visit. However, our experience is consistently overshadowed by one employee's behavior at the counter. He is completely condescending and makes customers feel like they are a hassle rather than valued patrons. He never greets customers, never asks if they need assistance, and you actually have to ask if you're allowed to purchase something. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I can confidently say this is not acceptable service. If I were the owner, I would be very concerned about having someone with this attitude representing the store. Unfortunately, because of this repeated experience, we will not be returning. | ||
