Really disappointed by the customer service here. I have been coming to you guys for a long time yet they denied me for not having a second piece of ID. I came in with my passport and study permit ( which is my only Canadian ID) yet they refused to sell to me because my study permit did not have my signature. Keep in mind my passport had both picture and signature. Why make it so difficult for customers to make a purchase? I lost my wallet which is why I brought my study permit and passport yet was still denied. I understand the government laws requiring two peice of ID with photo or signature however, when I have shopped there many times before and even with the same clerk you would expect some sort of understanding or leeway. Yet she acted like it was her first time seeing me. No common sense or empathy by the worker. Will not be coming here again or recommending to anyone.
Tasia is honestly one of the best! She's incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always gives amazing recommendations. She has such a personal and genuine way of connecting with people that makes the whole experience feel comfortable and memorable. You can tell she truly cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. Absolutely deserves a raise and recognition for how amazing she is!
The staff at this location are awesome! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable about product! I come from the time when there were only " buds" and it was smoke rolled or in a pipe and occasionally the odd apple ! It was bought off some shady dude in a run down apartment that was above a bar cause that it was illegal. 😂 Now the bud is called flower , joints are called pre rolled and you can openly walk into a shop that smells like weed and pick from the many ways it is used 🤯lol. All in all the prices are decent, the store is set up nicely since it is a small store front and every staff I have been helped by have been great and never look at me weird when I ask questions even if that is something everyone would know now! And if they are thinking "wow that is a stupid question lady", I would never know, because they answer to the fullest and even include alternative product information that is relevant.i understand fully that this review completely tells my age! lol
Always a good experience here. Aidan helped me find what I needed. He was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Thanks for the excellent customer service!
Great customer service by Aidan, looks like he was in the middle of doing inventory maybe, or another task, and went out of his way to help assist me with products, without me having to ask. Very friendly, and went above and beyond in my opinion.
