| Really disappointed by the customer service here. I have been coming to you guys for a long time yet they denied me for not having a second piece of ID. I came in with my passport and study permit ( which is my only Canadian ID) yet they refused to sell to me because my study permit did not have my signature. Keep in mind my passport had both picture and signature. Why make it so difficult for customers to make a purchase? I lost my wallet which is why I brought my study permit and passport yet was still denied. I understand the government laws requiring two peice of ID with photo or signature however, when I have shopped there many times before and even with the same clerk you would expect some sort of understanding or leeway. Yet she acted like it was her first time seeing me. No common sense or empathy by the worker. Will not be coming here again or recommending to anyone. | ||
