Banned from the store the other after walking in bc of a personal beef an employee has with me (years old). Maybe you all should try Discounted, who has a much larger presense in the market. I hope Omar the higher-ups read this and find out what happened. I'd be happy to chat with them about this. Plz give me a call. Govern yourselves accordingly. ;)
Built up a decent amount of points, wanted to get a gift card to purcahse some stuff, and was told "oh this location you can't" . Get with the times, go somewhere you can actually put points towards purchases.
Natalie recently helped me with a purchase and was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!
After waiting 30 minutes for police to arrive to share my side of the story , I left a second time under my own valitian.
These store employees, who refuse to identify themselves even in a professional work environment( a first name i was sure a requirement for government regulated dispensarys... once they mocked me for wanting a 5 dollar 1 gram joint that only this store of any in the entire county does not have i said I.am leaving a negative review for the service. The male employee ( again refused a first name for my review) follows me outside yelling that I am now BANNED from his store , and I am no longer allowed back under HIS authority. I am not sure who he is or how he thinks this can be upheld. But as a customer and tax paying member of society, I believe I have the right to review services I pay for, and when they arent up to a standard I would have provided if I was still a budtender. This man proceeded to mock me with other customers about the 1 1 gram joint I preferred
Ashley at the ambassador location in Windsor is absolutely the best. Always the best service it makes me look forward to shopping there! This girl DESERVES a raise!!!
