| After coming here for years , and I apologize in advance , the only identifying feature of the new employee is his skin colour. This new employee , was preoccupied while pretending to hear my order. While ordering I stand at the white board, in front of the product I want. Ask its in stock, when they say yes, I say yes please. He messed up my order, by grabbing pre rolls instead of pre milled ( again, not my fault, I am standing directly in front of the white board that says ' 7g pre milled flower' eith my index finger pointing , and my very loud voice asking. He perpetuated an attitude , while I calmly said you can help the other customers and we can sort it after. He then mocked me while he changed my order to the proper pre milled instead of the mistake pre rolls He grabbed, and then when I said this was his mistake just say my bad and move on, he mocked me again. Finally told me to take my weed and go "buddy boy" as if I wasn't welcomed in the store ive been coming to for the past 3 years. Absolutely disgusted by this mans lack of accountability and im hoping for some redirection with his career path as customer service is clearly not in his wheel house. This happened Friday june 12th, 2026 at approximately 130-140 pm | ||

| After waiting 30 minutes for police to arrive to share my side of the story , I left a second time under my own valitian. These store employees, who refuse to identify themselves even in a professional work environment( a first name i was sure a requirement for government regulated dispensarys... once they mocked me for wanting a 5 dollar 1 gram joint that only this store of any in the entire county does not have i said I.am leaving a negative review for the service. The male employee ( again refused a first name for my review) follows me outside yelling that I am now BANNED from his store , and I am no longer allowed back under HIS authority. I am not sure who he is or how he thinks this can be upheld. But as a customer and tax paying member of society, I believe I have the right to review services I pay for, and when they arent up to a standard I would have provided if I was still a budtender. This man proceeded to mock me with other customers about the 1 1 gram joint I preferred | ||

| After an employees misunderstanding, i have to commend the stores manager Ashley. She really cares for the store and her customers. Overall good store! | ||
