was there yesterday emily helped me and my wife out. she did an amazing job explaining the products. Me and the wife flew out from Australia and she was just a helpful hand in our experience. great knowledge on the products as well as great customer service. we will be back!

Edit: and she got me properly baked from one partial .5 gram joint, found something strong and well grown in my price range, going great with this beer and wings right now. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, just, thank you Prarie Records Cannabis. My fav dispo in all of Alberta honestly.
Brought in a cart 5 days after I bought it (2 business days) they refused a refund despite the cart being visibly leaking. Offered me a 10% discount on next purchase. Staff was rude about it too. Very unprofessional. I wasn't presented with a receipt originally but the staff was able to find my receipt as I knew the date time and amount of the purchase. Go to any other smoke shop unless u want to be ripped off. Not too mention I was upsold on this cart to begin with. The staff said it was high quality. I'm honestly gobsmacked by the whole situation.
Thank you for the reply. But you haven't address my issues. I don't really care if you use it for coaching. I will not be returning. Penny pinch ur customers all u want - im not going to be one.
Emily was such a big help and very informative. She has such a calm and patient attitude and she gave some of the best customer service I've received in a while. Definitely recommend this shop if that's the kind of attention they give customerS.
The staff here is extremely knowledgable and friendly, they always have a great selection of Different products. I love the vibe in the store and I always have a great experience there!
