Nice little store tucked into a strip mall. Everything you need is here. Bud, and food right there. Stop in and check them out!
Stopped by once for a very specific vape, I was greeted politely, it was a good experience.
There are maybe 2 staff members who know what they are talking about. They guarantee cartridges will fit into the batteries they sell, WRONG. 3 times I've had to go back into the store after finding out they do not fit at all. Their pre rolled products have gotten so bad that you literally can't smoke them, light it, suck like a hoover, still nothing comes through. Was a supporting customer for a couple of years, that's all changed as of today. Will not be shopping here anymore. Words of advice: 1. Train your staff on the products they are selling. Knowledgeable staff = informed buyers, happier customers who will return, & far more sales. 2. Fire the donkeys who continuously sell incorrect items or just don't care to learn. (The one employee who is always wearing a mask is literally the worst sales person I've ever dealt with. Super pleasant, but literally head in the clouds.) Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
Amazing store but even better staff. The bud tender was super friendly and receptive to my questions and otherwise rambling but I could tell they were interested in what I had to say and even listened to some of my recent favs.
You totally made my day and the whole process as easy as possible, I am loving the north 40 bud. Please keep stocking craft and great value premium bud!
