| There are maybe 2 staff members who know what they are talking about. They guarantee cartridges will fit into the batteries they sell, WRONG. 3 times I've had to go back into the store after finding out they do not fit at all. Their pre rolled products have gotten so bad that you literally can't smoke them, light it, suck like a hoover, still nothing comes through. Was a supporting customer for a couple of years, that's all changed as of today. Will not be shopping here anymore. Words of advice: 1. Train your staff on the products they are selling. Knowledgeable staff = informed buyers, happier customers who will return, & far more sales. 2. Fire the donkeys who continuously sell incorrect items or just don't care to learn. (The one employee who is always wearing a mask is literally the worst sales person I've ever dealt with. Super pleasant, but literally head in the clouds.) Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. | ||
