ARTIFICIALLY INFLATED RATINGS
I noticed this business prominently offering free items in exchange for 5-star Google reviews. Customers are asked to leave a positive review and then show it to staff to redeem the reward.
That practice makes it difficult to know how genuine the overall rating really is, since incentives can pressure people into leaving artificially positive reviews they may not otherwise post.
Potential customers should keep that in mind when evaluating the business's star rating.
Great store with a clean setup and good selection. Chii was super helpful and made everything easy with clear, honest recommendations. Definitely worth visiting!
This place has gone down hill drastically since it first opened. Inconsistency with product, prices are always changing and never accurately reflected on product. Not to mention, they used to have a helpful point system and a coffee bar that made you want to visit over competitors. Its convientently close but now that convience no longer feels important whatsoever.
The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good variety of products to choose from.
Chi is literally the best, so helpful and understanding. The store seems to be in order every time she is there! Walking into the store and seeing Chi makes my day so much better because I know she will find the perfect product I want! Thank you Chi.
