| ARTIFICIALLY INFLATED RATINGS I noticed this business prominently offering free items in exchange for 5-star Google reviews. Customers are asked to leave a positive review and then show it to staff to redeem the reward. That practice makes it difficult to know how genuine the overall rating really is, since incentives can pressure people into leaving artificially positive reviews they may not otherwise post. Potential customers should keep that in mind when evaluating the business's star rating. | ||
