Terrible customer service on the phone. I called to ask what day of the week members get a discount and what the discount was on cartridges and the girl that answered the phone (Sunday, June 21st at 8pm) was absolutely miserable and answered with "its 10% like it says on our website" with the utmost amount of attitude for 0 reason. I obviously couldn't find it on the website or I wouldn't have called? The attitude was unnecessary. I will definitely be going elsewhere. 0 customer service skills.

I was in the neighbourhood and looking for a few little treats to take home. I had Jennifer great me and list off a few of her personal recommendations. She took the time to explain the difference in quality and how Terps dictate the type of experience I was going to have she recommended the Tenzo big smallz and the watermelon mojo both were fantastic smoke and quality and they did everything I was actually looking for. Thank you Jennifer for an incredible experience and the knowledge to help me better with my selections till we meet again
