| Terrible customer service on the phone. I called to ask what day of the week members get a discount and what the discount was on cartridges and the girl that answered the phone (Sunday, June 21st at 8pm) was absolutely miserable and answered with "its 10% like it says on our website" with the utmost amount of attitude for 0 reason. I obviously couldn't find it on the website or I wouldn't have called? The attitude was unnecessary. I will definitely be going elsewhere. 0 customer service skills. | ||
