I've been coming here since it opened. The staff are always super polite and accommodating, as well as knowledgeable. Their newest displays are very aesthetically pleasing and the selection is robust highly recommend.
Visited from Minnesota for the first time and this place is amazing. They were very welcoming and walked us through the entire process. Silvia is awesome and would definitely come back.
I usually get nervous going to dispensaries because I don't know what im talking about but Jose was so helpful. He was able to explain the difference between products in a way I could understand. Not to mention he was super nice and they were playing michael jackson so it was an overall awesome experience
Had a fabulous experience at Eggs canna today! Joe was helping us find new products to try and was so knowledgeable and friendly. Ella and Joe were super helpful and kind- even when we spilled coffee all over their floors- sorry again! Such a relaxed atmosphere and would totally recommend checking it out if you're in the area :)
Incomplete and opened product – very disappointed.
I have been a loyal customer of this store for years, but my recent experience was very upsetting. I purchased a Ripplers Twisters pack (which should contain 2 pre-rolls according to the label).
Unfortunately, I was sold a tube with a broken excise seal. When I opened it at home, one pre-roll (the Sativa) was missing. I am not sure how this happened, but the package was clearly tampered with before it was handed to me.
As a long-term customer, I am very disappointed to receive an opened and incomplete product. I strongly advise everyone to check the seals and the contents at the counter before leaving. I will be much more careful with this shop in the future.
