| Incomplete and opened product – very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer of this store for years, but my recent experience was very upsetting. I purchased a Ripplers Twisters pack (which should contain 2 pre-rolls according to the label). Unfortunately, I was sold a tube with a broken excise seal. When I opened it at home, one pre-roll (the Sativa) was missing. I am not sure how this happened, but the package was clearly tampered with before it was handed to me. As a long-term customer, I am very disappointed to receive an opened and incomplete product. I strongly advise everyone to check the seals and the contents at the counter before leaving. I will be much more careful with this shop in the future. | ||
