I got here as I got off work and even though I got here before 10 the red haired girl with the straight bangs told me I couldn't buy anything because she already put things away.
Also the time was also 958!
Im really disappointed as I come here everyday. Now I don't think I'll be coming here again.
Exceptional service and even better company. Everything was handled with skill (and charm), and I have to admit… that smile might've been the highlight of my day. Professional, efficient, and just a little distracting in the best way possible (cause of that gorgeous pink hair of course) thanks Christina :) You answered all my questions and gave me some great recs
I have come here many times but today the women serving customers was very rude and aggressive and was picking anf choosing who she wil help and who she wont and she said my id was expired and it was not..but what can I do if only she is here. She ruined my night after I walked 30mins to get to the store I denied for false reasons. I am never going back to this place....this women should be written up or fired as she is cauing your company to lose people!!(losing customers)
The manager woman was really authentically nice
When a customer asks for a cone style pack custumer should not be given cigarret style pack, because once the customer opens the package, it is not valid for return/refund anymore. You may find that, a customer may rather to leave the product just paid for instead of taking something customer never asked for!!
Staff training is essential! This kind of error should be assumed by the store, not by the customer. Purchase was left at the counter even if it was already paid for.
