| When a customer asks for a cone style pack custumer should not be given cigarret style pack, because once the customer opens the package, it is not valid for return/refund anymore. You may find that, a customer may rather to leave the product just paid for instead of taking something customer never asked for!! Staff training is essential! This kind of error should be assumed by the store, not by the customer. Purchase was left at the counter even if it was already paid for. | ||
