Went into the store and had a great experience. It's a very nice, clean shop with friendly and welcoming staff. Kavin is always top-notch with his recommendations and consistently helps me find exactly what I'm looking for. This is definitely my go-to dispensary. Highly recommend!
Love it here! I buy here often, not only because it's close to home but mainly because the staff is so knowledgeable and personable. Sabrina is a sweetheart and does an amazing job hiring amazing people to make your visit worthwhile🫶🏽
** update ** as you can see from Derek's very extensive responses, he's great at using his words but not so great at taking accountability for literally anything lol
1. the power outage was very brief and did not last the nearly three hours that they had to fill the one item order OR call me to tell me it wouldn't delivered until the next day.
2. The last time they had a delivery failure, the employee working giggled when I called and said they just forgot to check for online orders. No mention of a sick driver.. I had to come and pick it up myself.
3. Nobody reached out to me when yesterday's order was missed. I had to walk in to the store today and the employee was oblivious.
4. The employee did not call the manager to remedy my problem… she called because she said she didn't know how to perform a refund and needed help.
5. Out of the five delivery purchases from THAT account, 2 were forgotten.
The owner (CORRECTION - HE GIVES THE IMPRESSION THAT HE IS THE OWNER WITHOUT EVER SAYING IT. HE IS NOT ACTUALLY THE OWNER) contacted me to offer me the same very basic excuses as he has in this response. He also offered to provide me discounts and then asked if I'm happy afterwards if I would remove my review. I don't think this is an honest way to run a business and it's clearly cheating the true reviews. I wonder how many stars they'd have if they didn't get people to remove the bad ones?

I really wanted to like this location but it's just not run very w ..
My gf and I went in this place bc we wanted to try an new spot and it was nice. The stuff we got there was smooth. The person who greeted us was nice and had a few recommendations. We ended up taking her up on one of them and we really liked it. Over all friendly staff that know their stuff and smooth product.
