Nick Personally took the time to discuss my complaints and issues with the conduct of previous employee.
I was given excellent service, a generous discount and otherwise a great experience that Nick usually provides.
Sam and Doug are also cool people to look out for and chat with, and their knowledge and experience about the product is very useful.
My review has been edited and reposted and Im pleased with this service and resolution.

The staff there are very kind and knowledgeable and they have very good prices. Always a pleasure going there and I would recommend this place for anyone who wants a reliable dispensary with good prices.
No customer service at all. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting to be served while the one worker available spent his time chatting with a customer who has just finished paying, he talked for 20 minutes after the transaction about names of their previous girlfriends….. wasted my time. Walked out never ever ever going back
