Placed and paid for an order online through the stores website. Got a receipt and order number and confirmation it was ready for pick up. The thinner black salesman could not find the order number in the computer. Showed him my receipt and order number. Said he can't do anything and I would have to contact head office. Asked the other sales representative if he could help me. He says there is nothing they could do and I would have to contact head office. Again I show him my receipt and order number. Both of them brush me off again. After about five minutes of this one of them goes in the back and finds my order. No apologies. Absolutely terrible customer service.
Im a regular one the best weed shops in town even have price matching (with proof) pretty good environment nice and clean and recent renovations highly recommend
Staff is amazing !! Prices are the best in town especially for bongs my wife and I have bought one each so far couldn't resist when the price was less than half the regular price !
This store has the best prices in town beats everyone by 3 to 5$ that's huge. The staff is very friendly and have a great vibe to them always laughing and smiling and very knowledgeable and if the staff member that's helping you doesn't know they find out for you! Will be my new store for sure!
