| Placed and paid for an order online through the stores website. Got a receipt and order number and confirmation it was ready for pick up. The thinner black salesman could not find the order number in the computer. Showed him my receipt and order number. Said he can't do anything and I would have to contact head office. Asked the other sales representative if he could help me. He says there is nothing they could do and I would have to contact head office. Again I show him my receipt and order number. Both of them brush me off again. After about five minutes of this one of them goes in the back and finds my order. No apologies. Absolutely terrible customer service. | ||
