Very friendly staff! knowledgable, always an enjoyable place to stop for an enjoyable evening! Sara's amazing and willing to go above and beyond to look for what you need! Love this store
I visited the store June 9, 2026 tuesday around 7:50 PM looking for a specific product. I described what I was looking for, but the employee brought out a different item and just started scanning it as she was in a rush. When I politely explained that it wasn't the product I had asked for, the interaction seemed to become tense.
I asked if I could look through the product catalog she said they didnt have it anymore which i understand. In the past, other staff members have been very helpful by showing me options on their screen or helping me narrow down what I was looking for. This time, she just stood there.
I eventually found the product on the store's website myself, but was informed it was out of stock. I then selected an alternative item. She then proceeded to say the item she scanned is the same price as the alternative one I suggested now, I explained that I preferred a different flavour hence the alternative . The employee appeared reluctant to retrieve it, but ultimately did.
I apologized for any confusion during the interaction, but the employee still seemed visibly annoyed.
This is the first negative experience I've had at this store. Normally, the staff are friendly, welcoming, and eager to help everytime, which is why this interaction stood out. As someone who also works in hospitality, I understand that everyone can have a difficult day. However, I hope this feedback can serve as a coaching opportunity, as customer-facing roles require patience and ..
There were two ladies working with attitudes when we came in today.. usually theyre a lot nicer. We got ID'd when we first came in (which is fine, I understand it..) but after the lady ID'd us, she immediately went into the back and didnt help us even though we had questions at the case :')
When we got up to the till, another lady ID'd us and proceeded to give us attitude when we were ordering. I understand having a bad day, but when I'm spending $100+ id rather not have attitude along with it.
