Been a regular for a year as I had moved close by. Purchased joints, vapes, drinks etc and the membership, no real issues or concerns, prices are decent.
Unfortunately today I had purchased a vape cartridge, standard 1g. Did not know it wasn't the normal size, packaging never indicated, and wasn't mentioned by the sale rep. Can't use the cartridge in the batteries I had purchased from this store. Went in shortly after to get a new cartridge, explained what had happened. Was a bit disappointed that the next rep didn't know it was a different size as well. There isn't really a way for me as a customer to know thebsize difference when its sealed, unless told so. No recompense was offered, replacement, discount or anything.
For me, I will see what other nearby shop experiences are like. Its not a mixup I want to have occur again when its costed me $60+ to have 1 usable cartridge.

This is a great place to go if you are in the search of good cannabis for a good price. It's worth getting the memberships because the perks are worth it. The service was great and even though they didn't have what I was looking for they had a good alternative that was close. If you are in the Hyde Park area definitely go check them out.
Roll into this shop and say High to George. Ask about how you can help bring the culture back to our industry by avoiding those brands that take shortcuts and remediate their products. Support those brands that take the time to do things right. No Shortcuts. No Remediation.
