| Been a regular for a year as I had moved close by. Purchased joints, vapes, drinks etc and the membership, no real issues or concerns, prices are decent. Unfortunately today I had purchased a vape cartridge, standard 1g. Did not know it wasn't the normal size, packaging never indicated, and wasn't mentioned by the sale rep. Can't use the cartridge in the batteries I had purchased from this store. Went in shortly after to get a new cartridge, explained what had happened. Was a bit disappointed that the next rep didn't know it was a different size as well. There isn't really a way for me as a customer to know thebsize difference when its sealed, unless told so. No recompense was offered, replacement, discount or anything. For me, I will see what other nearby shop experiences are like. Its not a mixup I want to have occur again when its costed me $60+ to have 1 usable cartridge. | ||
