One particular person is very knowledgeable and researches about different products and has a very good understanding of the products. I feel very confident with products purchased.
Love this location, ever time I need advice on something new, Nic is always the guy to talk to!! Highly recommend asking for him next time you are in the shop
Ample and easy parking, store isn't cluttered and has a great selection. One of the budtenders there always gives me the comfort knowing I bought high quality bud at a good price, thanks Nic!
Nothing but amazing experiences! Great prices, and the people are the sweetest! I always go out of my way just for one employee whose made every experience amazing 😊😊
I've been coming here for a few months, I've had a great experience every-time until today. I bought a disposable dab pen, and once I left the store I tried it and it did not work, it would light up but no smoke would come out. I would call that broken in my opinion. I brought it back with the package and receipt, I asked for an exchange, not a full refund. The employee made me go outside and show him it wasn't working, so I did, no smoke, nothing coming out. Then they said "we can't do anything because it's working, just not the way you want it to" The pen was broken!!! It wasn't working!! They lost a loyal customer. And I will be sharing this information with my friends, just to make sure they don't have to deal with this situation like me.
