We were quickly and rather rudely told to go back to the front to be ID'd as soon as we walked in. I completely understand that checking ID is part of the job, and we have no issue with being asked. However, we are well over the legal age, and the way the employee handled the situation felt unnecessarily abrupt and controlling.
Unfortunately, that interaction set the tone for the entire experience. The overall energy in the store didn't feel welcoming, and I found myself wanting to leave rather than browse and enjoy the experience.
I understand policies need to be followed, but there's a way to do so while still making customers feel welcomed and respected. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience.
I've been going to this location for about 2-3 years now relatively regularly. I've never had a bad experience there! Great service and atmosphere everytime! The staff are always friendly and welcoming.This morning I literally had to nicest interaction with Amoye while she helped cash me out! She's the best!! Till next time, Cana 🫡🤠edit- Liv helped me the other day and she was so friendly and she always gives me the best recs when I come in! TY again
Had the best experience at Canna cabana. The staff are very knowledgeable and I was helped by Liv today and she answered all the questions I had to make my best informed purchase! The great prices are also a bonus!
Had such a great experience with my visit today. The staff is always kind and helpful and if you have a chance to talk to Teddy she is always happy to help and have a nice conversation. Love her energy and will absolutely keep coming back.
