I visited this location on Monday, July 20, at around 12:00 PM to purchase a weed pen that normally costs me about $27 after taxes. I gave the employee $15 in cash and planned to pay the remaining balance with my card.
Instead of charging me the remaining amount (approximately $12), he asked me to pay an additional $20 on my card, which would have brought the total to about $35. When I questioned the price, I didn't receive a clear explanation.
Feeling uncomfortable with the transaction, I decided not to complete the purchase and went to another Cana Cabana location. There, I paid exactly $15 in cash and $12 on my card, for a total of $27, which confirmed my concerns.
This experience was very disappointing and caused me to waste time and gas driving to another location. Customers should always double-check their receipts and totals before paying. I hope management looks into this matter to ensure it doesn't happen to anyone else.
Great selection, great quality and competitive prices. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! The representative Lota is always extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
Great experience at Canna Cabana. Dontae was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything properly and made the whole experience smooth. Really appreciate the customer service — will definitely come back."
