| I visited this location on Monday, July 20, at around 12:00 PM to purchase a weed pen that normally costs me about $27 after taxes. I gave the employee $15 in cash and planned to pay the remaining balance with my card. Instead of charging me the remaining amount (approximately $12), he asked me to pay an additional $20 on my card, which would have brought the total to about $35. When I questioned the price, I didn't receive a clear explanation. Feeling uncomfortable with the transaction, I decided not to complete the purchase and went to another Cana Cabana location. There, I paid exactly $15 in cash and $12 on my card, for a total of $27, which confirmed my concerns. This experience was very disappointing and caused me to waste time and gas driving to another location. Customers should always double-check their receipts and totals before paying. I hope management looks into this matter to ensure it doesn't happen to anyone else. | ||
