I was served by marla and taaliya today. It was such a quick and great experience. Ive necer had to wait more than 2 minutes to be served and, this location being open till 2am Slso allows for me to go buy stuff whenever I want
Placed an order online for delivery. Email said the store would confirm the order. Nothing. Called the store. Guy was utterly and completely clueless and did absolutely nothing to help. Where's my money gone? Where has my order gone? I have no idea b/c this place is a complete joke. Getting high on your own supply....?
Best looking Cana Cabana in Alberta! What a beautiful store! I've been to multiple Cana Cabana locations in Edmonton and most recently in Calgary and they always look empty and a bit dirty. This location looks full, beautiful and ready for business. I didn't know what a Cana Cabana should look like until I had the opportunity to visit this location. Big kudos to the team that looks after this location! I wish my local store looked this good and didn't have to go to the backroom to get product constantly
Understand the need to ID customers. What I don't understand is IDing one customer without hardly letting them into the building and then letting the next person walk in without asking for ID, allowing him to browse the menu and walk all around the store, and purchase without being asked for identification at all.
June 7th at 9pm the guy without long hair was very disrespectful to me and my friends. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. We were very respectful and normally get incredible service from the ladies there. If you're miserable don't reflect it in the customer service you're getting payed for. Displayed prices were also completely wrong. Do better.
