Felt pretty sad after my most recent visit, this used to be my regular location.
I like when the budtenders are knowledgeable & approachable, and mostly they are.
However I was greeted Tuesday by someone who probably shouldn't be in a customer facing job…
Her lack of knowledge while helping me select a product had her try to correct me when I told her my preference, which is entirely MY PREFERENCE.
I wasn't looking for a recommendation I was asking for a specific product, but I was met with an attempt at education (thanks lol?) when she was incorrect about what she was trying to educate.
After all this, the product I buy is listed incorrectly as a 0.7g infused pre-roll
When it was in fact a 1.7g monster pre-roll
So I went in to let this same budtender kindly and respectfully know, "hey the menu has a little mistake, it says 0.7 when it should be…"
She cuts me off and says "lucky you haha"
Not a sorry, not an oops my bad, not a oh that's no good I'll fix that… just a "lucky you lol"
The entire interaction with her left me feeling like I don't want to come back.
Britany and Monika were amazing…… helped me find what I needed and were so kind and helpful. Great place, great product choice!
It was my first time in and Nick was incredibly helpful with any questions I had. He recommended products based on my needs/wants and didn't make me feel rushed. I'll definitely be back!
