Great prices. Love the selection. Great service.
We came here around 10:54 p.m., and the dispensary posted closing time is 11:00 p.m. The Open sign was still on, all the lights were on, but the doors were locked and no one answered. As a restaurant owner myself, I know there are closing duties to do, but if your business hours say you're open until 11:00, customers should still be able to come in until then. If you need to stop serving earlier, your posted hours should reflect that.
This was really disappointing and unprofessional. We made the trip here expecting to be served during your advertised business hours, only to find the doors locked before closing. Please either honor your posted hours or update them so customers aren't wasting their time.

Customer service of late has been below par. It's usually the same guy. He's hit or miss with regards to positivity and providing help when needed. I'm usually in 2x week and have a yearly membership to help discount my purchases. Tonight when told you were out of stock. I asked for suggestions for a fruity Sativa or Hydrid in a disposable. I was given one suggestion which didn't work for me. When I asked for another suggestion. I was told "there are 100's".....this is when I walked out and went somewhere that price matches and are willing to help the customer. It's gotten to the point I know the vehicle this person drives and I just won't go anymore.
If you actually have 100's of fruity disposables in Sativa or Hybrid I will delete this comment. It would also be the first place I've come across with that large or a selection.
