| Customer service of late has been below par. It's usually the same guy. He's hit or miss with regards to positivity and providing help when needed. I'm usually in 2x week and have a yearly membership to help discount my purchases. Tonight when told you were out of stock. I asked for suggestions for a fruity Sativa or Hydrid in a disposable. I was given one suggestion which didn't work for me. When I asked for another suggestion. I was told "there are 100's".....this is when I walked out and went somewhere that price matches and are willing to help the customer. It's gotten to the point I know the vehicle this person drives and I just won't go anymore. If you actually have 100's of fruity disposables in Sativa or Hybrid I will delete this comment. It would also be the first place I've come across with that large or a selection. | ||
