ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give them zero stars, or even negative stars, I would.
I just walked into this joke of a shop, bought a bottle of vape juice, and literally stepped out the door. Before even leaving the property, I realized I needed to return it. The bottle was completely untouched, still 100% sealed, and unopened in its original packaging. I walked right back inside within a minute, and they flat-out refused to give me a refund or an exchange!
Their excuse? "Oh, we have new rules now, returns are impossible." Are you kidding me?! The product hasn't even been breathed on, it's fully sealed, and you're hiding behind some garbage "new rules" that nobody warned me about before I swiped my card?
This is an absolute scam and the definition of terrible business. They just want to trap you, take your money, and run. Zero flexibility, zero common sense, and zero respect for customers.
Save your hard-earned money and go literally anywhere else. A business that treats its customers like this doesn't deserve to stay open. I am never spending a single cent in this store again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! ABSOLUTE TRASH!
Solid 5-star experience today. Harry went above and beyond to check the stock for a specific tincture I wanted. Fast service and a very welcoming environment. Will visit again for sure!
Huge shoutout to Harry for the help today. He's super friendly, professional, and really knows the inventory. The shop is clean and well-stocked, but Harry makes it a 10/10.
Went in for some pre-rolled joints and ended up getting home to discover what the guy handed me was a vape cartridge! I had even provided a photo of the exact one I wanted. Got home and was annoyed by fact I was given the wrong item. This was on a Tuesday after 11 pm. So no way I was going back to fix their mistake. Will likely find another location to go to. Also, every time I went into the Grant location, the workers were sitting, not doing much work. It's like we interrupt a break, but shouldn't breaks be taken off of the floor?!
Very friendly and helpful staff over several visits that will keep me coming back for certain products. Their selection is good but doesn't include some higher quality options that I have seen at different shops like flamingo. More options from brands like tenzo and others in those high quality brands would be great. For most other items including glass and other accessories.
