| ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give them zero stars, or even negative stars, I would. I just walked into this joke of a shop, bought a bottle of vape juice, and literally stepped out the door. Before even leaving the property, I realized I needed to return it. The bottle was completely untouched, still 100% sealed, and unopened in its original packaging. I walked right back inside within a minute, and they flat-out refused to give me a refund or an exchange! Their excuse? "Oh, we have new rules now, returns are impossible." Are you kidding me?! The product hasn't even been breathed on, it's fully sealed, and you're hiding behind some garbage "new rules" that nobody warned me about before I swiped my card? This is an absolute scam and the definition of terrible business. They just want to trap you, take your money, and run. Zero flexibility, zero common sense, and zero respect for customers. Save your hard-earned money and go literally anywhere else. A business that treats its customers like this doesn't deserve to stay open. I am never spending a single cent in this store again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! ABSOLUTE TRASH! | ||
