Love love this place! The staff are all amazing. Best prices and selection.
You have product available to order on the website that isn't available in store. When I went to pick it up I was told they don't have it. When asked if they can sell the 7g x 4 at the same price was told no. I was shrugged off, not offered any recovery and had shitty service. I spend about 400 bi weekly on weed and won't be returning here. This isn't the first time I've had this issue and others. Being told by your staff they can't control the website or product is not acceptable recovery.
The customer service has always been kind. They could use different kind of gummies in my opinion although they have taken a "list of what others want" to try and get in. They need more low THC high CBD/CBN/CBG items/gummies. But other than that its a decent place and they've ALWAYS had my popular vape juice that's always out of stock everywhere else. The Potholes need to be fixed in the driveway, it's a rough parking lot but I don't know what business there owns that. Just a thought as I drive. Also your points for discount could be better. I had 80 pts and no % off whereas most places at 50-80 you's get at least a 5015% discount. Although if you buy any marijuana you do get 10% on the vape side.Thanks guys!
We visited True North today and asked for infused pre-rolls. The employee at the counter responded with, "There's 48 different kinds, so…" in a tone that came across as dismissive and rude, and he offered no further assistance. Rather than asking whether we prefer indica, hybrid, or sativa — or helping narrow down the options.
I mentioned I would check the website on my phone, and another staff member directed us to a tablet in the corner. To be clear, there was no one else in the store at the time, so this was not a matter of being too busy. It simply felt like there was little interest in providing customer service.
We have visited this location several times and have previously received excellent service. Staff have been knowledgeable and attentive, and Robert in particular has consistently provided outstanding customer care. That is why this experience was especially disappointing.
Ultimately, we walked out without making a purchase. With many other stores willing to provide helpful, professional service, we will be reconsidering where we choose to shop in the future.
