| You have product available to order on the website that isn't available in store. When I went to pick it up I was told they don't have it. When asked if they can sell the 7g x 4 at the same price was told no. I was shrugged off, not offered any recovery and had shitty service. I spend about 400 bi weekly on weed and won't be returning here. This isn't the first time I've had this issue and others. Being told by your staff they can't control the website or product is not acceptable recovery. | ||

| Website doesn't match what is in store. Went to this store to get a specific joint, which shows available online to purchase. Get to the store and the sales lady says we don't have that in stock. Asked about another joint, she says we don't have it in stock. At this point I say yall need to update your website. She says it's a tech issue. Nothing I can do. Yall should have priced matched for what I wanted. No apology and no explanation until I asked. Poor service. Neither of these 1g joints are available. | ||
